CPAN モジュールを 1.8 から 1.83 に上げるか？　って聞かれて上げたら、再設定中に、

When you have Module::Build installed and a module comes with both a Makefile.PL and a Build.PL, which shall have precedence? The two installer modules we have are the old and well established ExtUtils::MakeMaker (for short: EUMM) understands the Makefile.PL and the next generation installer Module::Build (MB) works with the Build.PL.

なんて聞かれた。へー、ExtUtils::MakeMaker(Makefile.PL)をやめて Module::Build(Build.PL)に移行してるところなのね。「しがらみ」が多かったのかねぇ？　軽くググると ExtUtils::MakeMaker は make に依存してるのがイヤだったっぽいね。2005年の4月スタートか。随分新しいのにもう cpan に取り込んじゃうんだ。へー。ラピッドでよろしい。
